The Orca Aero isn't simply an aerodynamic frame. Orbea has developed the bike as a complete system, integrating the cockpit, seatpost, saddle, bottle cages and wheels to improve the airflow around the rider and machine.

The OC RA10 Carbon Cockpit provides fully internal cable routing with a performance-focused, integrated design, while the aerodynamic seatpost and low-stack saddle help reduce drag around the rider. The frame has also been optimised around OQUO's RA57 LTD CS wheel profile.

Race geometry. Serious power transfer.

Speed isn't only about aerodynamics. The Orca Aero uses a low centre of gravity and race-focused geometry to create a stable, planted platform at high speed. Its low stack and long reach encourage an efficient racing position, while size-specific trail helps maintain consistent handling across the range.

At the heart of the bike is an OMX carbon frame weighing approximately 900g, with a 410g fork and 160g seatpost. Orbea's latest carbon layup has been engineered to increase stiffness without unnecessary weight, producing a high stiffness-to-weight platform designed to turn rider input into forward speed.

More tyre clearance. More speed in the real world.

Despite its uncompromising aero focus, the Orca Aero has room for modern wider road tyres. The frame is optimised around 29–35mm tyres, with clearance up to 37mm including the required safety margin. That additional capacity allows riders to benefit from the grip, comfort and rolling performance of wider tyres without moving away from the bike's race-focused purpose.
