Thank you for shopping with HYPT Bike Performance. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we deliver your orders, including shipping times, costs, and other important details.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If your order includes a custom-built bike or workshop service, processing times may vary. We will contact you directly with an estimated completion and shipping timeframe.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping of Complete Bicycles

Complete bicycles are carefully built and safety-checked by our mechanics prior to dispatch.
Bikes are partially disassembled (e.g. handlebars turned, pedals removed) for safe transit.
We recommend professional setup or a safety check at your local bike shop if you're unsure.

4. Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Orders:
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
