Refund policy

At HYPT Bike Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item you've ordered, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and components included

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note:

  • Items returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g. used, damaged, or missing parts) will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns on custom-built bikes, special orders, or electrical components once installed.

  • Safety equipment (such as helmets) must be returned in fully sealed, unused condition.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and any applicable reference numbers.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Shipping costs

  • Installation or labour charges

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

If your return is rejected (e.g. used or damaged goods), we may return the item to you at your expense.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues, faulty items, or if you received the wrong product.

Please email  with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not liable for returned items lost in transit.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us at ride@hyptbikeperformance.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem — either by replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the circumstances.


7. In-Store Returns (if applicable)

If you prefer, online orders can also be returned in person to our workshop by prior arrangement:
