The new Shimano Dura-Ace WH-R9370 C50 takes one of Shimano’s most versatile race wheelsets and makes it significantly lighter, wider and more aerodynamic.

At just 1,302g per pair, the new C50 drops an impressive 159g over its predecessor. A completely revised carbon rim construction is paired with new bladed carbon spokes and updated Dura-Ace hubs, creating a wheelset that feels at home climbing, sprinting or holding speed on fast rolling roads.

The 50mm carbon rims now feature a 23mm internal width and have been developed around modern 28–30c tyres. Shimano has also given the front and rear rims individual external widths — 31mm front and 32mm rear — as part of the aerodynamic optimisation.

For HYPT, the C50 remains the sweet spot in the Dura-Ace wheel range: deep enough to deliver genuine aerodynamic performance, yet now light enough to make an exceptional choice for an uncompromising all-round race build.
