The Factor ELARA SRAM RED XPLR AXS represents the flagship SRAM build of Factor’s dedicated gravel race platform. Designed around outright speed, the ELARA combines a lightweight true-monocoque carbon frame with road-derived race geometry, aerodynamic development and clearance for tyres up to 57 mm in a 1x configuration. The result is a gravel bike built to stay fast and composed when the terrain becomes rough, while retaining the sharp, responsive character of a high-performance road bike. Factor quotes a painted size-M frame weight of under 1,100 g and a 5–8% lower drag coefficient than the previous OSTRO Gravel.
At the heart of this build is SRAM RED XPLR AXS E1 1x13-speed, combining SRAM’s top-tier gravel drivetrain with an integrated power meter. The RED XPLR rear derailleur works with a 10–46T, 13-speed cassette, while the 44T RED XPLR carbon crankset provides the power measurement needed for precise training and race-day pacing. SRAM RED hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors provide powerful, controlled braking, while the electronic AXS system delivers fast, precise shifting without mechanical cables.
The premium specification is completed with Factor’s Black Inc AB07 integrated Aero Gravel Bar, ELARA carbon seatpost and a Black Inc gravel wheelset according to the selected configuration. The AB07 cockpit combines a clean one-piece design with subtle flare, integrated computer mount and internal hose routing, while the ELARA itself incorporates UDH/direct-mount rear derailleur compatibility, a T47A threaded bottom bracket, integrated down-tube storage and compatibility with electronic 1x and 2x drivetrains.
The RED XPLR version is for riders who want the ELARA platform with no compromise on drivetrain specification. Lightweight, highly integrated and equipped with a power meter as standard, it brings together Factor’s race-focused chassis and SRAM’s flagship gravel groupset in one of the most complete gravel race builds in the range.
